Junjie Hu

Prof. Junjie Hu is an Assistant Professor and Presidential Young Fellow at the School of Artificial Intelligence, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHKSZ). He directs the EAR Lab, where his research vision is to advance embodied AI from foundational principles to real-world applications. Prior to joining CUHKSZ, he served as a Researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Society (AIRS) from 2020 to 2025. He got his Ph.D. degree from Tohoku University in 2020. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
